Let me give
you example: Suppose I have created one element “Button” now if you are on my
website and when you bring your cursor to this button of my website, that
button will change its color and it changes its shape for example, from rectangular shape to
circular shape.., just imagine how will it look like.
These
special effects are very interesting and used most widely.
